SET UP and SUPERVISION ASSISTANT
(Flexible weekend and holiday hours)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Assisting on bookings large and small, you will help set up bouncy castles and inflatable games for all types of events. Some days you will accompany a driver on multiple deliveries, other days you will have 1 location and you will stay on site to supervise the safe use of equipment. This position is suitable for ages 16+, and would suit you if you are looking for extra income alongside your regular job or while studying. The responsibilities and pay will depend on age. Shifts are available during weekends and school holidays. Give us a ring to discuss if this flexible role is suitable for you.
PART-TIME DRIVER WANTED!
(18-22 Hours per week: Friday to Sunday)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you looking for a role that’s energetic, dynamic, and filled with opportunities to help families make memories they’ll cherish forever? If you’re dependable and love being on the go, we’ve got the job for you!
Friday:
Spend a few hours helping us prepare the equipment and load the vans at our base in Dent (LA10 5TB) ready to kick off the fun.
Saturday:
8:30am: Collect the van and your route plan for the day.
9.30am: Arrive at your first delivery where you will set up a Bouncy Castle, Ball Pool and some Didi Cars in a village hall. Dazzle the customer with your friendliness and professionalism!
10.30am: Arrive at your second delivery. Here you will transform the customers garden with a Disco Dome. After setting up and ensuring they have connected their phone to the Bluetooth Speaker inside and the music is blasting out you head off for a...
11am: Quick coffee break
12pm. Head back to the first job and collect their items.
1pm. Deliver to booking 3 at another village hall. This time it is a Fun Run, Giant Connect 4 and Popcorn Machine.
1.45pm. Time to enjoy your lunch overlooking the Lake District hills on an hour lunch break. You could even squeeze in a walk, catch up on your favourite Netflix series or work on that essay for college.
3.30pm: Collect the third delivery from the village hall.
4.15pm: Time for another coffee break.
5pm: Head back to delivery 2, and collect the Disco Dome.
6.30pm: Arrive back at the depot and unload and reload to van ready for Sunday.
7pm: Take the van home ready to set off in the morning from your own home.
- _*every day will be different with a range of items to deliver to various locations.
Sunday:
After setting off from your home to your first delivery, you will continue to spread the party joy at 2-4 locations during the day, before returning back to base to collect your car and head home. You may even have a piece of cake from one of your parties to take with you.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone special who ticks these boxes:
- Can drive a van: A valid UK driver’s licence is a must.
- Physically capable: You don’t need to be Superman or Superwoman but those inflatables aren’t light!
- Trustworthy & reliable: Punctuality and honesty are non-negotiable.
- Great with people: You’ll often be the face of our company!
If you’ve worked in a customer-facing role or had similar delivery experience, that’s a huge bonus – but not a deal-breaker.
