From start to finish excellent service. All the play items were in excellent condition and clean. Prompt setup and take down. If possible I recommend paying a bit extra for a member of their staff to stay and supervise the equipment. Jenette was with us for our family do and it took so much pressure off the parents. Whilst we knew the 10 children had to be supervised by the family, just having that extra pair of eyes and hands available (just quietly in the background) watching over the equipment was really reassuring and many of the children were interacting with Jenette. Many of the parents said they'd never thought of this and what a good idea it was. Looking forward to Bounce Fest in February.

Hired the farmyard soft play package for my sons christening along with a sweet cart and I honestly couldn't recommend it more. The soft play went down a treat with all the kids and even the bigger kids (mums+dads) everyone seem to enjoy it. The sweet cart was great everyone loved it and couldn't wait to get there hands on it. The whole experience was just fantastic!! 5* rating 100% I will certainly be using you again for other events.
